Ranbir Kapoor’s interest in football is welknown. Recently FC Barcelona, the world famous Spanish football club has named Ranbir Kapoor as their Indian brand ambassador. Official declaration will be on the next month. As a brand ambassador of FC Barcelona, Ranbir Kapoor will be involved in upgradation of sport, specially in school level.
Ranbir Kapoor is overwhelmed with the new assignment. He thinks himself lucky to be associated with a club where players like Messi plays. In recent past Ranbir Kapoor was in Kolkata to watch an international exihibition match in which Messi was playing. From that time the interest in football of the new heart throwb of Bollywood is known to all. Ranbir Kapoor said that FC Barcelona approached him two years ago with the same proposal but at that time he did not accepted the offer as he thought that he was not fully prepared for such a responsibility.
