Pakistani
actress Veena Malik was expected in the city on Friday. Veena is working on the
Kannada film based on Silk Smitha’s life. Media were ready to meet the actress
but the press meet was postponed as the actress is facing a CBI enquiry related
to her visa.
As per rule any foreigner needs permission for every state they visit in India. The shooting spots of
the film in which Veena is the leading actress are Goa and Karnataka. Veena
Malik has got permission for Goa only. To get the permission to visit
Karnataka, Veena needs permission and that’s why she went to the CBI office in
Bangalore.
