Latest box office report of Bengali films Shatru and Paglu

One week has passed since the release of Bengali films Shatru and Paglu. How these two films are doing in the box office? Which films is winning the race? To know the latest reports read this article.

Bengali films Shatru and Paglu were released on 3 June 2011, just one week has passed and the mark sheets of both the films in box office shows that Paglu is ahead of Shatru so far as collection is concerned. In the first week Paglu has done business of 4 crores and 15 lakhs rupees while the amount for Shatru is 2 crores and 65 lakhs. Paglu has done record business so far although Paglu was released on 174 cinema halls where as Shatru was released on 123 cinema halls.

Being a romantic love film, Paglu has created a tremendous craze among the teenagers. Music of Jeet and Dev – Koel romantic pair has clicked in the box office. Paglu team is in a happy mood over the 1st week box office report.

The initial success of Paglu does not mean that Shatru is not as successful as Paglu. Actually audience remark goes in favour of Shatru. More audiences like Shatru than Paglu. One point to be remembered that Shatru is released in less number of cinema halls as compared to Paglu and at the same time the quality of cinema halls where Paglu is running is much better than those of Shatru. So in the first week, Shatru had to fight against Paglu and many more odd situations. May be in the long run, Shatru will be emerged as the winner.
