Royal Bengal Rahasya is a thriller story on the famous detective character, Feluda, created by Satyajit Ray. Feluda went to Dooars regions of North Bengal in West Bengal to solve the mystery of hidden treasure and the story of the Bengali film Royal Bengal Rahasya revolves around it.

The uncommon feature about the Bengali movie Royal Bengal Rahasya is that there is no criminal character in this movie. Outdoor shootings of the Bengali movie Royal Bengal Rahasya are mostly done in Dooars area in North Bengal and in a bungalow in Dhenkanal belonging to the former Union Minister KP Singh Deo. Shooting with real tiger, snakes of forest area are done in the Bengali movie Royal Bengal Rahasya.
