2012 is not a good year for Bal Thackeray so far as his health is concerned. At the start of the year, Bal Thackeray had a severe stomach pain and he was suggested an endoscopy although the decision was deferred after consulting doctor. Balasaheb was hospitalised twice this year, in February and in May. Shiv Sena chief himself is also very much aware of his health condition. This year Bal Thackeray did not attended the Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park, Dadar.
