February 2015 is going to be a memorable month for Sitarist
Anoushka Shankar, daughter of late sitar maestro Ravi Shankar. The first news is
that Anoushka has been nominated in the Best World Music Album category for her
album, 'Traces of You' at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards. The second news is
that Anoushka is pregnant and she is expecting her second baby in February
2015.
Anoushka has been nominated for Grammys three times in the
past. 'Traces of You' is the seventh album of Anoushka Shankar and it features
her half-sister, Norah Jones, on the track 'The Sun Won't Set.'
The Grammys ceremony will take place in Los Angeles on
February 8.
