Theft at Rituparna Sengupta's home at Lake Gardens last week and the actress has lodged a complaint with the Lake police station on Sunday.
It is learnt that some gold ornaments are missing. Dr Sakuntala Chakraborty, mother-in-law of Rituparna Sengupta said that they were yet to find out the total amount of the ornaments stolen. Renovation work was going on in the house and some staff of pest control agency were also working in the house.
Rituparna Sengupta was out of the city and after returning she found ornaments missing. Rituparna said that she has brought out the ornaments from locker to attend a marriage party.
