Acting career of Urmila Matondkar

Urmila Matondkar first time faced the camera as a child artist in 1981. The film was Kalyug. In Shekhar Kapur’s hit film Masoom. Urmila got the taste of success. The year was 1983. Urmila Matondkar’s first film as an adult artist was Bade Ghar Ke Beti.

In 1995, the super hit film Rangeela made Urmila popular. In the movie Rangeela, Urmila Matondkar worked with Aamir Khan and Jackie Shroff. Urmila’s performance in Rangeela was outstanding.

Urmila acted in many critical roles in films like Satya, Kaun, Mast, Jungle, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Bhoot and many more films.
