Mithun Chakraborty and Dhritiman Chatterjee will work
together in Debaditya Bandopadhyay's upcoming film Nakshal.
Story of the Bengali film Nakshal
Bengali film Nakshal is based on the lives of two friends
who were actively involved in Naxalite movement during 1967 to 1971. Anirban
Sen and Siddhartha Chowdhury are the two friends and they met after 40 years
when everything has been changed including their own lives. The film Nakshal tries
to find out whether they still belongs to their rebellious attitude and if so
then in what form. Anirban and Siddhartha may have changed their ideology and
if so then why. Anirban is a retired government employee and Siddhartha is an
owner of a television channel.
