Dev and Srabanti along with Mimi Chakraborty in upcoming film of Birsa Dasgupta

Filmmaker Birsa Dasgupta is making a Dev –starrer film and Dev - Srabanti Chatterjee will be seen once again together in a Bengali film.

Story of the untitled film revolves around the life of a newly wed couple. The couple starts hating each other and eventually come to terms with each other and their pasts. Mimi Chakraborty is playing the role of Koli, a happy-go-lucky girl from north Kolkata. Dev is playing the role of Aadi and Srabanti Chatterjee is Noyontara in the film. Aadi and Noyontara are the married couple whose marriage falls apart. Aadi has a relationship with Koli.

Arindam Sil and Biswanath Basu are already in the cast of the film and another leading male character actor is to be finalized.

Shooting of the film will start from early June this year and will be shot mostly in Kolkata.
