Swastika Dutta Trolled For Misspelling In Serial Professor Vidya

In the age of social media, being trolled by netizens is a real pain. The netizens do not stop criticizing actors and actresses from time to time. This time, actress Swastika Dutta is their victim again. After almost eight years, Swastika has returned to the new series of Snehashis Chakraborty's 'Blues Productions'. On the other hand, viewers last saw Swastika in the series 'Tomar Khola Hawa' in 2023. And now, her return in the series 'Professor Vidya Banerjee' has created a different feeling in the minds of the viewers. Swastika herself is in the title role of the series. But the question is why did she suddenly have to be trolled on the internet? Netizens scolded the actress for just one spelling mistake. The actress later apologized. What exactly happened?

The problem began in an episode of this new series, where the classroom board was seen writing 'Knowledge is Power' in English letters. But the viewer's eyes were not spared by the misspelling of the word 'Knowledge' in that English spelling. There is no 'D' there. And seeing that, social media is in a frenzy. The actress has to be trolled. Many people are asking, 'How can such a mistake happen when the context of the series is an educational institution?' And this incident is what prompted Swastika to open up. She apologized to her viewers on Facebook Live. Swastika said, "I apologize to my viewers. Vidya Banerjee is new to the screen." Many people make mistakes. Many people made mistakes like this when they were kids doing math. This is the same. It's a silly mistake. That doesn't mean everyone on our team is illiterate."

It is worth noting that the Swastika series has shown magic in the TRP since its journey on screen. Since then, it has been hitting sixes every week. On the other hand, Swastika's new film 'Bhanupriya Bhooter Hotel' will be released this winter, in the new year. She has already caught everyone's attention with her 'tango' style dance in the new song of this film.
