Deepika Padukone to star opposite Prabhas in a love story

2018 is going to be a year of Deepika Padukone. Deepika Padukone's latest film Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Pamdavaat will be released very soon and the actress has a series of films in her kitty. News is that Deepika will be seen in a film opposite Irrfan Khan and another film has landed in her lap in which she will star opposite Baahubali star Prabhas.

Prabhas is currently busy with film Saaho and the South actor has been roped in for a film in which makers are looking for Deepika Padukone in the female lead. Till today, Deepika is yet to give her nod. The other names kept in reserve are Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.

Prabhas has confirmed the news and said “I watch a lot of Hindi films. I live in Hyderabad, where 60 percent of the people speak Hindi. I am getting good offers from Bollywood. I had okayed a script three years ago. It is a love story that I will do post Saaho."

Prabhas and Anushka Shetty are hit pair on-screen and rumour is that both of them are going to enter into wedlock in December this year although they have strongly condemned that there is no truth in it.

Prabhas was asked about his marriage plan and the Baahubali actor said “I do not want to reveal my private life. Many people ask me if I have affairs and the issue of marriage crops up invariably. But, these people should understand me. Don’t ask me about my marriage. It looks very superficial. I want my life to be private. But, when I marry, I shall tell everyone about it.” 

Prabhas and Anushka Shetty met for the first time on the sets of Billa in 2009. They are box office hit pair and worked together in Mirchi, Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion.
