Arbaaz Khan and his rumoured girlfriend Giorgia Andriani came together. Salman Khan was casually dressed in a blue polo t-shirt and denims. Malaika and Amrita were spotted arriving together at the party. Arbaaz was casually dressed for the occasion while Giorgia wore a black shimmery jacket with white pants.

A Jodhpur court today pronounced verdict in the 19-year-old black buck poaching case and convicted Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Other Bollywood actors like Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Tabu are acquitted. Salman Khan was charged under Section 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act.

Salman Khan's co-star Pooja Dadwal Battles TB Alone

Pooja Dadwal, former Bollywood actress who has worked with Salman Khan in the 1990s film Veergati, is in very distressed condition and battling with Tuberculosis and a lung-related disease. Pooja Dadwal was admitted to Sewri TB Hospital in Mumbai 15 days ago and no one from her family is with her. Pooja is seeking help from Salman Khan.

News is that as her health condition worsened, her husband and family members reportedly abandoned her, leaving her with no money. From her hospital bed, Pooja Dadwal said, "Six months ago I learned that I have something as serious as TB. I tried to reach out to Salman Khan for help, but was not able to establish any contact. If he sees my video, then perhaps he will help me out."

Pooja Dadwal has worked in many films like Veergati (1995), Hindustan (2004) and Sindoor Ki Saugandh (2002). Pooja had been managing a casino in Goa for the last several years.

Jacqueline Fernandez to be part of the sequel of Salman Khan-starrer Kick 2

Producer-director Sajid Nadiadwala has confirmed that Jacqueline Fernandez will act in film Kick 2  which stars Salman Khan in the lead. Nadiadwala said that the script for Kick 2 is being written keeping Fernandez in mind.

Sajid Nadiadwala said “We had already decided that there would be a sequel. I’ve been writing it for a year now. As I had a lot of other things on my plate, it was taking time. I’ll restart the writing process. We should be ready to roll the movie next year, after Salman finishes all his current films. Kick 2 will release on Christmas 2019."

Sajid Nadiadwala explained how the rumours of Fernandez being dropped from the sequel started. Salman was at an event where he was giving Nadiadwala the Best Director award. Whilst handing over the title, the Dabangg star joked and said "Kick 2 is ready now, and Jacqueline, you are not there!".

Filmmaker Kalpana Lajmi in ICU

Filmmaker Kalpana Lajmi is admitted in ICU on 07 November, Tuesday. The 61 year old filmmaker  has been battling kidney cancer. Kalpana Lajmi is known for her films like 'Rudali', 'Darmiyaan' and 'Daman'. Kalpana had a line in relationship with legendary Bhupen Hazarika.

Kalpana Lajmi said "Today morning my heart rate dropped and I felt uneasy. I am a kidney patient and both my kidneys are not functioning properly. Yesterday was my partner's (Bhupen Hazarika) death anniversary so I went all the way to Vashi (Navi Mumbai) to attend the program. That must have taken a toll on me. So today when I woke up, I felt very weak. I was then taken to the IC.,


According to the doctors she would be discharged from the hospital in the next few days. Kalpana has been undergoing dialysis treatment every week and is reportedly overwhelmed by the financial support she has received from stars like Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar and others from the film industry. Kalpana said "They all have helped me, from Indian Film & Television Directors' Association, Rohit Shetty, Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Soni Razdan, Neena Gupta. All of them have come forward and helped me during my worst. It is a financially draining and a continuous lifelong process. I am thankful to my film fraternity for standing by me in this phase. Specially my mother, my brother and Shyam Benegal for their constant support."

It is heard that Kalpana’s medical bills which come to around Rs 2.5 lakh every week for the four dialysis that she undergoes, are borne entirely by Soni Razdan and her daughter Alia Bhatt. Soni is Kalpana’s closest friend and she has been monitoring the funds for Kalpana’s treatment. Every time the bills pile up, Soni informs Alia who pays the bills.

First Poster of film Tubelight

First poster of Salman Khan starrer film Tubelight has been released but it shows the back side of the super star. Face of Salman Khan is not seen in the first poster of film Tubelight.

The makers of upcoming Hindi film Tubelight released its first poster on 19 April, Wednesday morning and it has become net viral.

Salman Khan took to Twitter to share the poster, which shows his back and a bag strapped to it, and wrote, “Kya tumhe yakeen hai ? Agar tumhe yakeen hai then ‘Back his Back’.”

The film is slated for 23 June release.

Salman Khan film Tubelight trailer to release in April

Salman Khan's film Tubelight's trailer will released in the last week of April and this news brings a great relief to Salman fans as they were eagerly waiting to hear about the trailer release date.

The film Tubelight brings together Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan together on the big screen although Shah Rukh Khan is in a cameo role in the film. Film Tubelight is based on Sino – India war of 1962. Chinese actress Zhu Zhu is making her Bollywood debut in this film.

Salman and Kabir pair has given two blockbusters like Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Ek Tha Tiger. The third film of the duo is supposed to do wonder in the box office again. 

Salman Khan to remake Rogue for Sooraj Pancholi?

News is that Salman Khan will remake Puri Jagannadh's upcoming Telugu film Rogue for Sooraj Pancholi, son of actor Aditya Pancholi. It is heard that the superstar also suggested changes for the Hindi version and writers are working on the script.

There is no official confirmation regarding the same.

Salman Khan is now busy with the shooting of film Tubelight, directed by Kabir Khan. The film also casts Sohail Khan, Paras Arora and Chinese actor Zhu Zhu. Film Tubelight is scheduled to release on Eid, this year.

It was expected that the mega star will feature in his brother Sohail Khan’s ambitious project Sher Khan but news is something different. Varun Dhawan or Tiger Shroff can replace Salman Khan in film Sher Khan.

Sohail Khan is planning the film since last four years and recently he said “The casting hasn’t begun as of now and Salman bhai hasn’t been signed yet. We will begin approaching actors once the characters are prepared.”

Sohail said there are possibilities that actors like Varun Dhawan or Tiger Shroff may be roped in for the movie. Sohail said “If it is a mature character, then it will be Salman bhai but if the guy is young then we will approach someone younger — actors like Varun Dhawan or Tiger Shroff. But nothing has been finalised as of now.”

Salman Khan to star in Ode To My Father remake

CJ Entertainment has sold the official remake rights of the Korean blockbuster film Ode To My Father to Atul Agnihotri, who will soon make the film and Salman Khan will be in the lead role.

The film is currently in the pre-production stage and the producers are planning to set it against the backdrop of India - Pakistan partition in 1947.

The story of film Ode To My Father is about a young boy's promise made during the chaos of the Korean War to take care of his family, which ends up spanning 60 years of turbulent modern history.

Baahubali actress Tamanna Bhatia is all set to make her first International tour with Salman Khan. The South actress has replaced Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha for Salman Khan's upcoming world tour called Da-Bang tour. 

The star studded Da-Bang tour is scheduled to be held in Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand from April 2017. The actress will perform with Salman at Mines Convention Centre, Malaysia on 14 April 2017.

Actor-director Prabhu Deva, Bipasha Basu, Badshah, Manish Paul and Daisy Shah are the other film celebrities who will take part in the Da-Bang tour.
