At the age of 97, AK Hangal is acting in a TV serial named
Madhubala. For the last 7 years, AK Hangal did not face the camera but he is
again on the shooting floor. AK Hangal reached the serial set on wheelchair and
felt comfortable in shooting.
AK Hangal’s last film so far is Amol Palekar’s Paheli in
2005. Since last 8 months, AK Hangal did
not go out of his house. The script of the TV serial Madhubala has dome the
miracle. At the age of 97 years, AK Hangal will be again on shooting zone.
The veteran actor used to play mostly roles of father in Hindi
films.
