Story of film Durga Sohay
Film Durga Sohay is a family drama. Dipankar Dey is the senior most member of the wealthy Basak family in North Kolkata. In the movie, Dipankar Dey essays the most elderly person. Two sons of Dipankar Dey take care of the family business of gold jewelry. Sohini Sarkar plays the role of Durga, a nurse who is engaged to take care of Dipankar Dey in the film. Tanusree is the younger daughter in law and Debjani plays the elder daughter in law of Dipankar Dey in the film. When something went missing in the family, Durga is accused of theft. Finally, on the night of Dashami, dacoits raid the house. Durga rescued the family.
