Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez starer film A Gentleman is not a hit film but filmmakers are showing interest to cast Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez because of their off-screen chemistry. But the hot news is that Sidharth refused two films opposite Jacqueline on the reason that scripts are not exciting.

Sidharth Malhotra earlier refused Race 3 because he did not want to be paired opposite Daisy Shah. Now Sidharth has refused films opposite Jacqueline Fernandez as he did not find the script exciting enough for him.

It is heard that Sidharth is taking advice of Karan Johar in selection of films. There is rumour that Alia Bhatt does not want Sid and Jacqueline to be together again.

Paoli Dam Marriage on 04 December 2017

Bengali actress Paoli Dam will tie the knot with her long time boyfriend Arjun Deb on 04 December 2017.  Marriage venue is Taj Bengal, West Bengal and as Arjun is from Assam, a reception will be held at Guwahati on 10 December.

Initially it was decided that the marriage will be held at Guwahati but now it is finalised that marriage of Paoli and Arjun will be in Kolkata and on 06 December, Paoli - Arjun and Paoli's other family members will reach Guwahati.

Arjun Deb is a businessman from Guwahati although he has link with Kolkata. Many relatives of Arjun are from Kolkata and Arjun owns a house at Bollygaunj. It is heard that after marriage, Paoli and Arjun will stay at Bollygaunge.

It seems that Bipasha Basu is tired of doing Ghost films. Recently the sexy Bollywood actress and her husband Karan Singh featured together in a condom brand advertisement.

The steamy video sees Bipasha and Karan in a sensuous foreplay to promote awareness about safe sex and the importance of condoms in preventing unwanted pregnancies and sex related diseases. The ad film is directed by Prasad Naik and the tag line is "Get good at foreplay so that you get more play."

Bipasha Basu explained that "as a couple, the two believe in it and that's why we have thoughtfully endorsed it." The actress posted on Instagram "In a country that has the second largest population in the world.. we still have taboos on just the words sex and condoms... but not the actual act. Let’s talk more... read more and learn more about all the things that can be avoided just by the use of a simple precaution. Deepika Padukone plays the role of Rani Padmini, looks like a dream adorned in intricate Rajasthani costumes and jewellery. A recent news reveals that it took 200 craftsmen who spent 600 days molding 400 kgs of gold to bring the beauty of Rajputana era in the film. 

Apart from jewellery in film Padmavati , Deepika Padukone's attire has been designed by Delhi-based designers Rimple and Harpreet Narula and has been created using traditional zardosi. The border has been derived from the architectural details of Rajasthani palace windows and jharokhas and the odhnis have been styled in conventional ways which are still prevalent in the Mewar belt of Rajasthan.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer film Brahmastra

Ayan Mukerji's forthcoming film, Brahmastra, is going to be a high budget Bollywood film. As per report the film's budget would cross 100 crore. Recently, Karan Johar took to Twitter to announce the title and other details of the film. Amitabh Bachchan is also in the film  Brahmastra and he would play a pivotal role in the film.

Brahmastra will be a sci-fi drama film and the director Ayan Mukerji said "There is lot of action, so there is lot of training, like gymnastics kind of training, horse-riding, fighting and lot of physical stuff that Ranbir will have to do. And then there is internal work, like to get the spirit of the character right." 

The shooting of the film is expected to start next year and the first part of Brahmastra is slated to release on August 15, 2019.

 The government has appointed Anupam Kher as chairman of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune.

Anupam Kher will replace Gajendra Chauhan, whose tenure ended in March this year.

Jaya uploaded a picture with her mother on Nabami and captioned it as: "Amader barir Dugga Pujo te ami ar maa" and when she uploaded an album called Bishorjon with behind-the-camera stills of her, during the shoot of Kaushik Ganguly's film of the same name.

This is where 300 people of different religions happily co exist -it's a mini Bangladesh.We celebrate Puja in a big way .Only today , I posted a picture of `Muharram-er khichuri' that my mother prepared. Before I was awake, she divided the khichuri into small portions so that it could be sent to the houses in our neighbourhood. We don't send the khichuri only to Muslim families, but also to Hindus.Likewise, we send halwa to everyone on Shab-e-Barat. Those who are on social media and have an easy access to internet don't know much about my country .And because they lack education, they are not aware of Islam. As per Islam, a rich man and a fakir are supposed to read namaz together and eat from the same plate on Eid. Islam unites, it doesn't divide."

Actress Celina Jaitly gave birth to her second set of twins on 10 September and on 30 September, the actress revealed a 'bittersweet' news. Celina revealed that out of the two, one of the babies couldn't survive. Celina wrote: "On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra we would like to take this opportunity to share with you all the following bittersweet news." She shared the names of the babies and wrote, "The Gods above have blessed us yet again with another set of very handsome twin boys 'Arthur Jaitly Haag' and 'Shamsher Jaitly Haag' in Dubai on 10th September 2017. However, life is not always how we plan it to be. Our son 'Shamsher Jaitly Haag' succumbed to a serious heart condition and could not continue his journey in this world."

Heartbreaking as that is we are very fortunate that a part of him still lives with us through Arthur, whose face will always remind us that an angel who looks exactly like him looks upon us from the arms of his grandfather, my father, in the heavens above, whom we also lost two months ago.

The last two months have been a tumultuous journey for us from loosing my beloved father and now baby Shamsher, however there is always a light at the end of a tunnel, and that light for us is our handsome son 'Arthur Jaitly Haag' who seeks your blessings and love in his journey that he commences in this world.
