Issues on nepotism in Bollywood was repeatedly raised by Ace Actress Kangana Ranaut and now it has become cyclone there after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Aditya Chopra and many more big shots in Bollywood are accused of abetting Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. In out own Tollywood Bengali Film Industry, actress Sreelekha Mitra has opened her mouth against nepotism.
Sreelekha Mitra has accused many stars in Bengali film industry against dirty politics, nepotism etc. Sreelekha Mitra has targeted Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta. In her YouTube, Sreelekha told she has no Godfather and never she took any help from any political leader to get role. According to Sreelekha Mitra, industry was once dominated by Prosenjit and Rituparna. Sreelekha said that at that time Prosenjit was in love with Rituparna Sengupta and producers, directors were always busy to please them. Sreelekha was getting roles of Prosenjit's sister in the film and she was never considered as leading actress opposite him.
Sreelekha Mitra has blamed another renowned filmmaker Kaushik Ganguly. Accroding to Sreelekha, Kaushik Ganguly makes films for Churni Ganguly and same for Srijit whoat one time used to make films for Swastika Mukherjee.
Till now no reaction from any one of the accused persons.
