 Bangladeshi actress Pori Moni has become mother. The actress gave birth to a son in a private hospital in Dhaka on Wednesday (10 August 2022) evening.  Bollywood star Alia Bhatt announced that she is pregnant and she & Ranbir Kapoor will soon welcome their first child.

Alia took to Instagram to share the news as she posted a picture from an ultrasound session at a hospital with Ranbir Kapoor.

"Our baby.... coming soon," Alia has captioned the photo. The couple, who got married in an intimate ceremony in April this year, is also set to share screen space for the first time in "Brahmastra: Part One Shiva", scheduled to be released on September 9.

At a press conference for his upcoming film "Shamshera" last week, Ranbir said he couldn't have asked for a better life partner than Alia. "It is a very big year for me. It is a great year for me, I got married, it is a beautiful thing that has happened in my life... My life with Alia is the best," he said.

The couple's family, including veteran actors Neetu Kapoor and Soni Razdan as well as Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, showered them with love and blessings post the announcement.

  Abhishek Chatterjee who passed away on Thursday had created a storm with his explosive comment back in 2020. In an interview with Times of India, the actor took a cheeky dig at his once co-actors Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta for damaging his career when he was at the peak of his career in Bengali cinema.

Abhishek had said, “I have been part of this industry for the past 35 years. I have acted in more than 250 films. I shall always remain thankful to two people, Tapas Paul and Chiranjeet Chakraborty, who helped me a lot in my career. Though I was working as a hero, I had to face a lot of politics at one point in time. I was out of work for nine years. I had no option but to work in jatra to earn my bread and butter.”

Then he slammed his two co-actors openly, “I was disappointed and hurt with how the 'hit pair' of the time, Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta, played a part in causing serious damages to my career. However, I believe in destiny. I have worked as a hero in several films with almost all the heroines and directors. I am happy that I could make a mark in this industry without any godfather.”

Smita Chatterjee, elder sister of Tollywood queen Srabanti Chatterjee has delivered a baby boy today - 10 September 2021. Srabanti has uploaded the photo of the new born baby and expressed her happiness.

Smita got married with Sujoy Ghosh on 09 December 2016. Smita Chatterjee has also tried her luck in acting. She has worked in film 'Shapath'. Smita has worked in TV serial Mouchak.

Nusrat Jahan Delivered Her First Baby Boy

 Bengali actress and TMC MP Nusrat Jahan delivered a baby boy on 26 August. Yesterday the actress was admitted to a private hospital in Park Street, Kolkata. Today the actress delivered the baby boy at 12.20 PM.

Both Nusrat and her baby are fine and Yash was present at the hospital during delivery.

Ms Jahan's estranged husband Nikhil Jain said, "There might be differences between us, but I am wishing the newborn and his mother all the best. I wish the baby boy has a bright future."

TMC MP Bengali actress Nusrat Jahan is pregnant but her husband Nikhil Jain is unware about the fact. Pregnancy news of Nusrat Jahan was posted the actress herself in her Instagram account. Nusrat posted "You will blossom in our own way."

However, Nusrat's husband, Nikhil Jain, isn't aware of the news. Nikhil and Nusrat are not staying together since last six months and Nikhil said that in no way the child is his.

Nusrat Jahan is in a relationship with actor BJP candidate Yash Dasgupta, and it is heard that Yash is staying with Nusrat at her Ballygaunge flat since last six months. Nusrat is one month pregnant.

Nusrat Jahan and businessman Nikhil Jain got married in 2019 in Turkey although there was no registered marriage. Initially both were seemed to be happy but that was temporary. Troubles started after few months of marriage. Nusrat was hospitalised and rumour is that the actress tried to commit suicide. 

Nusrat - Yash relationship started from that time. In 2020, Nusrat and Yash acted together in film 'SOS Kolkata' and from that time their relationship reached the peak. Yash and Nusrat spent New Year's together in Rajasthan and even visited Dakshineswar temple. The duo has been spotted several times together.

Now million dollar question is ' who is the father'?

 Actress Ankita Majumder, a famous name in Bengali TV serials, has delived a baby girl on 07 September. Both the mother and child are fine. Ankita is now at Guwahati.

It was only this Wednesday that the couple announced the good news with a press note, soon after Randhir Kapoor had elatedly told us that "Doh bachche toh hone chahiye to give each other company." A source close to the couple has tod us, "Kareena is due in mid-February. She is currently about three-and--half months pregnant."

It is possible that, like most couples, Kareena would like to deliver at the same hospital where her first child was born.

Latest news is that Bengali actress Koel Mallick has delivered baby boy today early morning (May 05, 2020) and both are alright. Koel was admitted in a Park Street Nursing Home and she delivered the baby at 05:30 AM. Both Rane and Mallick family are very happy with the news.


Tollywood glamour queen Koel Mallick is pregnant and expecting her first baby at the end of April 2020. Both Koel and her husband Nishpal Singh Rane are excited. Koel and Nishpal got married on 1 February 2013.
