Abir and Tanusree in film Flat No 609

Abir Chatterjee and Tanusree Chakraborty will be seen together in a thriller movie - Flat No 609, directed by Arindam Bhattacharya.

Plot of the film Flat No 609 is based on a newly married couple who are searching for flat at Rajarhat. The couple came in contact with a house broker and finally got a flat on rent but number of strange conditions are applied on them. Sometimes they have to close a certain door of the flat, sometimes the maid refused to come in work after noon time. The neighbors are also strange types. 

Abir Chatterjee is playing the role of an IT professional in film Flat No 609. Sohini is Abir's wife in the film. The other actors are Soumitra Chatterjee, Mamata Shankar, Kharaj Mukherjee, Rudranil Ghosh and others. 

Earlier Sohini Sarkar was supposed to do the lead female role but due to unknown reasons, she is out and Tanusree is the lead actress in the film.

Victor has evicted his own brother (played by Shankar Chakraborty) from the family due to the same reason. Raktim Prasad or Lal is the younger son of the Colonel and he has already committed 99 mistakes. Dev is playing the role of Lal. The whole family is travelling to Siliguri for the marriage of elder son (played by Saheb Chottopadhyay) of the Colonel. 

Nilasha or Nil is a young girl also travelling to Siliguri for an interview of a job. Nil is a sweat girl but quarrelsome. Lots of comedy in the train journey and happy ending.

The time period of the film Nabalok is between 1920 and 1954 and it is shot in black and white.

The second film is Post Mortem and the time period of the film is 1978. The film tells the story of two men played by Joy Sengupta and Sabyasachi Chakrabarty. The two are connected in one point, they are the lover and the husband of a woman who ends her life.
